Seaview Orthopaedics is Now Offering Schroth Physical Therapy!
At Seaview Orthopaedics, we are always looking for innovative treatment options to get our patients back to quality living. Our staff are always attending continuing education courses to provide the best possible care. We are proud to announce that members of our Physical Therapy staff have now been certified in using the Schroth Method for scoliosis patients.
The Schroth Method is a scoliosis specific type of physical therapy that uses 3D postural correction specific to the curve type, achieved by reshaping the body through amplification of the corrections done with increased expansion and stabilization/muscle activation. The Schroth Method has shown to reduce the curve and prevent further curve progression quicker and more effectively than traditional physical therapy exercises.
Seaview Orthopaedics offers both insurance-based Physical Therapy for scoliosis patients and one-on-one private sessions with our Schroth-certified therapists. One-on-one sessions are recommended to achieve optimal results for your child.
