Bio

Dr. Dan-Thuy V. Tran is a board-certified physician specializing in pain management. She received her medical degree from Albany Medical College, then moved to New Jersey where she began her Internal Medicine Internship at Jersey Shore Medical Center. Dr. Tran completed her Anesthesiology Residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a Harvard Medical school teaching hospital in Boston, where she later completed her Pain Management Fellowship as well. Following her fellowship, Dr. Tran became part of the Maimonides Medical Center’s attending staff in Brooklyn practicing pain management and anesthesiology. Dr. Tran moved back to New Jersey, becoming the Director of Pain Management and Pain Care at Monmouth Medical Center.

Dr. Tran is certified with the American Board of Anesthesiology with a subspecialty in Pain Management. Dr. Tran is also a volunteer professor at Robert Wood Johnson Medical Center.
