Biography

Dr. Collins is a physician that specializes in General and Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery.  He attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Science Center, School of Medicine and graduated in 2010. He then did his residency at Rutgers – New Jersey Medical School and earned his fellowship at Orlando Health / Arnold Palmer Children’s Hospital.

His area of expertise includes pediatric trauma, treatment of spinal deformities, treatment of congenital and syndromic musculoskeletal disorders, treatment of hip dysplasia, and treatment of pediatric foot disorders.

Dr. Collins’ philosophy for patient care emphasizes the unique needs of children compared to adult orthopedic problems. He also stresses thorough discussion with the patient’s family so that he can develop a treatment that will work for both the patient and their family.

He finds that helping those that can’t help themselves is the most rewarding part of his profession.
