Seaview Welcomes Dr. Andrew L. Nelson To The Practice!

Dr. Andrew L. Nelson is a fellowship-trained Sports Medicine physician and a board certified Internal Medicine physician who specializes in non-surgical orthopedics, concussion management, sports performance and training / exercise reviews. He is also certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

He treats a range of conditions including joint pain, strains and sprains, osteoarthritis, musculoskeletal injuries, and fractures. He also has experience in workman’s compensation.

Dr. Nelson has been involved with numerous high schools over the years; currently in the Plumsted and Manchester school districts. He has covered division 1 sports at Rutgers University after his fellowship with Toledo University.

Dr. Nelson has been treating sports injuries in the Toms River area for several years. He has also treated patients of all ages and his patience and calm manner will put you at ease the moment you meet him.

Dr. Nelson is currently seeing patients in all of our office locations.
