Paul Allegra is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and minimally invasive surgery. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital and fellowship training in sports medicine at Lenox Hill Hospital, where he helped care for elite athletes, including the New York Jets, Miami Marlins, and University of Miami Hurricanes.

Dr. Allegra has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and presented nationally recognized research, including receiving the 2024 AOSSM Fellow Research Award for Basic Science.
